Terms + Conditions

By using Groomify’s services or website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Cancellations
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service price, as your appointment time is reserved specifically for your pup and can be difficult to fill at short notice.2. Pet Health & Safety
• You confirm your pet is healthy and up to date on vaccinations
• Groomify reserves the right to refuse service if a pet may pose a risk to staff or other animals3. Liability
• We strive to provide a safe and stress-free grooming experience. In rare cases, unforeseen accidents can happen despite our best efforts.
Groomify takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort. However, grooming involves working with live animals, and unexpected movements or reactions can occur. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of grooming, including the possibility of minor injury or irritation. Please disclose any known medical, behavioural or other concerns that may affect your pet’s safety.
• Some dogs may be nervous or reactive. Groomify takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe grooming experience for pets and staff. Owners must disclose known behavioural issues.4. Payments
• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash / card only5. Photo Consent
• Groomify may take photos of your pet for social media or marketing only if you have signed the photo consent in the client agreement form
• Photos will not be used without your permission6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
• We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page7. Partnerships & Collaborations:

• A valid Groomify service receipt must be presented to Kiara Troop Pet Care at the time of booking to qualify for the offer.
• The 10% discount applies to the first pet care service booking only.
• One offer per client.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• The offer is subject to availability and must be claimed at the time of booking.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Kiara Troop Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where a pet's behaviour, temperament, health or circumstances may compromise the safety or welfare of the pet, client or carer.
• Kiara Troop Pet Care reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
• This offer is valid for 60 days from the date of your Groomify booking. The offer must be redeemed within this period and cannot be extended.✂️ Kiara Troop Pet Care → Groomify Clients
• A valid HNRY invoice (deposit, progression or completion) from Kiara Troop Pet Care must be presented at the time of booking to qualify for the offer.
• Eligible clients receive 25% off their first Full Groom — including the standard 20% first-time client discount plus an additional 5% Kiara Troop Pet Care referral discount.
• The offer applies to the first Full Groom appointment only.
• The discount applies to the Full Groom service and excludes additional services or extras.
• One offer per client.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• Cash payments are not eligible for this offer.
